Sanatorium

Egle Comfort Sanatorium Birstonas is located in a pine forest near the Neman River and consists of three buildings closely connected to each other. All residential buildings of the sanatorium, dining room, health center and spa center with swimming pools and baths are united into a single complex and are under one roof.

Next to the sanatorium is a large forest park area with many equipped paths, bicycle paths, outdoor fitness equipment, playgrounds for mini-golf, volleyball, basketball and children's playgrounds.

Opposite the Egle Comfort Birstonas Sanatorium there is a unique architectural structure - the Druskupis Mineral Water Evaporation Tower. 

The mineral water pavilion “Birutės vila” is a 10-minute walk from the sanatorium, in the Vytautas Park. Next to “Birutės vila” is the unique “Kneipp's Garden”.

Service in the sanatorium is in English, Lithuanian and Russian.

Sources:

The sanatorium has its own canteen with mineral water, which is located near the restaurant in the first building. 

And also uses its own natural mineral water “Gintaras”.

Treatment:

Egle Comfort Birstonas has its own treatment and wellness center, with water and mud therapy. In the treatment and recovery center there is a water complex, including swimming, relaxation and rehabilitation pools with mineral water. 

The sanatorium treats diseases:

At the guests' disposal: therapeutic baths, therapeutic mud and paraffin procedures, massages, kinesitherapy, physiotherapy, therapeutic procedures for pregnant women, amber spa, cosmetic procedures 

Children from 5 to 15 years old without children's program will receive by default 2 treatments daily and doctor's consultation.

Spa & Wellness:

A therapeutic complex of baths and swimming pools is available for the guests of the sanatorium:

• 3 pools with mineral water, one of them is swimming pool with various hydromassage installations

• children's pool

The sanatorium has more than 450 beds in cozy modern rooms.

Meals:

Meals are carried out according to the scheme “buffet”, there are dietary dishes on steam, dishes without salt, without sugar, vegetarian, food for people with the principles of separate nutrition. For the convenience of clients, the sanatorium has introduced a second breakfast and an afternoon snack.

There are also cafes “Žalia siena”, “Burbulas”, “Sunny Terrace”.
